Performance Management & Governance
  • Establish global KPIs, dashboards, and review cadences for services execution performance.
  • Drive transparency and accountability through structured operating reviews and escalation mechanisms.
Post Order CoE Enablement
  • Partner with PMO, digital, and process owners to embed standard work, governance, and digital tools into daily execution.
  • Support global roll‑out of new service offers by ensuring readiness of processes, training, and execution standards.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
  • Influence and align stakeholders across regions and functions without direct authority in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Act as a connector between services, commercial, engineering, quality, and regional delivery teams.
Customer & Market Feedback Loop
  • Incorporate customer feedback, lessons learned, and operational insights into continuous improvement of service offers and execution models.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
