Project Manager; Fitout Industry
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in interior fitout projects to oversee end-to-end project delivery. The candidate will be responsible for planning execution monitoring and closing projects while ensuring cost control quality and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple fitout projects from initiation to completion.
Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress budget and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with consultants subcontractors suppliers and clients.
Ensure compliance with company standards safety regulations and local authority requirements.
Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management and clients.
Handle risk management problem-solving and conflict resolution on-site.
Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field.
Minimum 7 10 years of proven experience in managing fitout/interior projects in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of fitout processes materials and local regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and AutoCAD.
Fluent in English & Hindi
