• Lead UAE Corporate Tax and International Tax Advisory engagements.
• Advise clients on Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, tax structuring, and transactions.
• Manage relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Tax Heads, and senior stakeholders.
• Drive practice growth through business development, proposals, and client relationships.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Corporate Tax team.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of tax advisory engagements.
• Contribute to practice revenue, profitability, and overall P&L performance.
• Stay updated on UAE Corporate Tax, FTA guidance, Transfer Pricing, and GCC tax developments.

• Several years of relevant experience in Corporate Tax and International Tax..
• Strong UAE/Dubai market experience is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax;
  Transfer Pricing experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex engagements and senior client relationships.
• Experience in business development and practice growth.
• Practice/service-line management experience preferred.
• Strong commercial, leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Big 4 / leading professional services / established tax advisory experience preferred.
• CA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred.

• A commercially focused Corporate Tax professional with strong UAE technical expertise, senior client management, practice leadership, and business development capabilities, with the ability to drive both growth and profitability.
