PR & Social Media Manager - IMEA

• Lead the planning and execution of regional PR and influencer campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment across regions and functions.
• Manage the local PR & Social Media agency and regional influencer programs including talent identification, campaign calendars, seeding strategy, product education, and campaign integration.
• Oversee campaign calendars, global toolkits, talent briefs, and reporting to drive consistent, high-quality implementation.
• Maintain close relations with influencers and brand ambassadors to ensure authentic, informed storytelling.
• Lead agency negotiations and performance reviews, ensuring partners meet KPIs and uphold brand standards.
• Work closely with the Head of PR & Social Media to streamline communications workflows and shape global strategic plans.
• Support cross-functional initiatives with brand, eCommerce, CRM, and events teams for fully integrated communications.
• Plan and manage brand events, including venue sourcing, contracts, guest lists, product presentations, and post-event reporting.
• Ensure all events align with brand storytelling, create high-impact experiences, and reflect brand values across every touchpoint.

• Relevant experience in PR and Influencer Marketing, preferably in a global or regional capacity within the Lifestyle & Luxury segment.
• Strong understanding of international media and influencer ecosystems, especially across IMEA, with global campaign experience.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead complex, multi-market initiatives from start to finish.
• Skilled communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to speak in public is a plus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic. Other languages is a plus.
• Experience working in matrixed or multicultural organizations.
• Open to occasional travel
