AHS, a leader in the luxury real estate sector, is seeking a "Luxury Real Estate PR Manager - Local Market" who will be responsible for strengthening the company's brand presence across the UAE through strategic public relations, media partnerships, and event initiatives. The role focuses on building strong relationships with regional media, luxury lifestyle publications, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation within Dubai's dynamic luxury real estate market.

• Develop and execute PR strategies that reinforce the company's position as a leader in luxury real estate within the UAE
• Cultivate relationships with key local journalists, editors, and influencers in real estate, business, and lifestyle media
• Draft and distribute Arabic and English press releases, media kits, and editorial features
• Coordinate press events, media tours, and exclusive property showcase for local audiences
• Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to ensure unified communication across all campaigns and brand activations
• Manage PR activities around sponsor ships, partnerships, and community engagement within Dubai and the GCC
• Monitor and analyze media coverage to evaluate campaign impact and audience engagement
• Support crisis communication and reputation management efforts in coordination with senior leadership
• Ensure all communications align with brand tone, values, and confidentiality standards

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of PR experience in the UAE, preferably within luxury real estate, hospitality, or premium lifestyle sectors
• Strong network of UAE-based media, influencers, and key opinion leaders
• Excellent bilingual communication skills (English and Arabic preferred)
• Proven success in managing high-end events and securing premium media coverage
• Deep understanding of UAE market dynamics and luxury consumer behavior
• Strategic mindset with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
