Sitting at the intersection of content and commercialization, CPS acts as a bridge between the user side (content programming, editorial, creators) and the sales side of Tik Tok. We build partnerships that enable brands to be at the heart of cultural and seasonal moments for their audiences.
- Forge partnerships across User Operations (content programming, editorial, creator teams), Business Development, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Research to unlock strategic and innovative content solutions for Tik Tok advertisers in METAP.
- Work with the user side to develop content-led solutions tied to seasonal moments, cultural tent poles, LIVE opportunities, and editorial sponsor ships.
- Partner closely with sales to understand business priorities and develop strategic monetization opportunities tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with Business Marketing to educate the market at scale and drive awareness of partnership opportunities.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, media partnerships, or branded content.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to influence and build relationships across cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize innovative marketing solutions.
- Deep understanding of the creative production process and technical requirements and Tik Tok's branding and ad products.
- Proven experience structuring complex deals involving IP, P, content rights, or licensing.
- Given the nature of key markets this role will be supporting, and role location, proficiency in Turkish is preferred.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment; entrepreneurial spirit.
- Familiarity with the media planning and buying process.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize across multiple stakeholders, and drive projects to completion.
