What you’ll be doing :As a Brand Marketing Specialist, you will lead the re‑launch of 2 high street brands in the region starting with UAE & KSA, driving renewed brand relevance, awareness, and growth. You will oversee all brand marketing activities, from strategy to execution, ensuring the brands’ global identities are locally brought to life through impactful storytelling, public relations, influencer engagement, events, and activations.
Acting as the regional point of contact for both the brand headquarters and in‑market marketing teams, you build strong cross‑functional relationships. This role requires a creative and hands‑on marketeer who understands the younger audience in the region, can manage agencies and act as the brands’ ambassador.
Lead the re‑launch of the brands across the region, focus on UAE & KSA, from brief to launch, applying sound knowledge of omni‑channel marketing
Develop and implement integrated brand marketing campaigns aligned with each brand’s positioning, values, and commercial objectives
Serve as the regional point of contact for the brands HQ and in‑market marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication, consistency, and alignment across all initiatives
Appoint, brief, and manage the PR agency and PR & Influencer plans, ensuring clear objectives, performance metrics, and strong storytelling that amplifies the brands
Collaborate with the creative agency to produce compelling, locally relevant content and activations, that is aligned with HQ guidelines
Plan and execute marketing events, promotions, and collaborations in partnership with internal and external stakeholders/partners
Analyse campaign performance, consumer insights, and market dynamics to inform future strategy and improve ROI
Partner closely with sales, merchandising, and retail teams to support key product launches, seasonal campaigns, and exclusive collections
Builds and delivers presentations to senior and executive leadership to communicate campaign strategy, creative direction, and performance outcomes
Manage the yearly marketing budget and campaigns allocation and optimisation
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, PR, or a related field
6–8 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within sportwear, high street, entertainment or lifestyle retail across the region
Proven experience leading brand (re) launches, and managing PR and creative agencies
