Job SummaryThe Executive – IMC will act as a key liaison between brand principals, internal teams, and external partners to drive successful marketing initiatives. This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Client Servicing & Brand Principal Management- Act as the primary point of contact between GMG and brand principals.
- Coordinate approvals, feedback, and reporting on campaigns, assets, and marketing plans.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines, contractual agreements, and strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal brand teams and external stakeholders.
- Support the planning, management, and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely rollouts and brand consistency.
- Work closely with creative teams on marketing materials, visuals, and brand messaging.
- Ensure all deliverables meet business and brand objectives.
- Collaborate with media teams on campaign planning and execution.
- Track media placements, digital activations, and PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across advertising, PR, digital, and in‑store channels.
- Assist in planning and executing B2C and B2B activations, sponsor ships, and retail events.
- Coordinate with event teams for seamless execution and impactful brand experiences.
- Liaise with brand principals for approvals on event branding and promotional assets.
- Prepare campaign performance reports, media coverage summaries, and activity recaps.
- Track budgets and spending to ensure cost efficiency.
- Gather insights and feedback to continuously improve future campaigns.
- Strong relationship management and client servicing skills.
- Experience coordinating integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
