We are currently seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote our products/services and enhance our online presence. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  • Create engaging and persuasive content for digital platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and responding to comments/messages.
  • Monitor website analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine visibility (SEO) and user experience.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and external agencies to create compelling visual and written assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor industry news and competitor activities to identify opportunities and ensure a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, including ROI, conversion rates, and audience engagement.
Qualifications
  • Solid understanding of various digital marketing channels, platforms, and strategies.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, and SEO tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing approaches.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools is advantageous.
