The Role:Assist Trade Marketing Manager in managing and coordinating the National Promotion Plan, National Key Accounts Promotions, National Key Accounts Multi‑brand In‑store Activation and Display, POSM Projects and Implementation, External and Internal In‑store Sampling Activities, Sponsor ships and Events, NPD Listings, Competitor Promotion Intelligence Reports for different Business Units throughout KSA & GULF.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business‑related subject.
- At least 5 years Trade Marketing experience with a reputable FMCG company in the Middle East with evidence of well‑developed management skills and proven track record of delivering results in a competitive environment.
- Good proficiency in English & Arabic
- Competencies such as:
Promotional Planning & Execution;
New Product Development; POSM Management;
In‑store Sampling Activation;
Display Branding Activation;
Sales Data Analysis;
Operational Planning;
Market data manipulation;
Brand positioning and share of trade;
Public Relations;
Good communication and written English skills.
