Job Purpose
Support the development and execution of marketing plans and promotional activities for GEMS Education and assigned school brands. The Marketing Executive is responsible for assisting the Senior Marketing Manager in executing cross-channel campaigns to create awareness, interest, and ultimately enrolments across schools within the assigned cluster. This includes managing content creation, creative assets, developing marketing materials, supporting social media efforts, collaborating with external agencies, and the ideation and execution of internal branding across assigned schools.
KeyAccountabilities
Marketing/Brand Management
Assist Senior Marketing Manager with school-wide cross-channel marketing efforts, aligning with the USPs and business objectives of the schools.
- Collaborate with the Digital Team and Senior Marketing Manager to execute marketing plans, ensuring maximum conversion for assigned schools within the cluster.
- Support the Digital Team with campaign performance reporting, best practices, and market trend analysis.
- Enhance customer journey by developing marketing materials and collateral, such as factsheets, brochures, giveaways, etc., tailored to campaign and school needs.
- Create GEMS brand materials and collateral in partnership with schools under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Support in the ideation and content creation of assets, including photography, videography, and other relevant media across schools.
- Work with the Social Media Team to support school and GEMS Education social media calendars, posts, and content creation.
- Manage the assigned school’s enrolment event calendars, brief supporting assets and work with both the Digital and Enrolments Team’s to drive registrations.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager with the internal branding requirements of assigned schools, ensuring consistent brand messaging and alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Support with external agency and partner collaboration efforts.
- Coordinate with other departments in HQ as needed and provide support to Senior Marketing Manager for the assigned cluster/schools.
- Conduct regular research of competitors and new avenues to market.
