Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced and design-conscious Marketing Director to lead and build our in-house marketing function. This is a senior leadership role for a visionary marketer with a sharp eye for detail, a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics, and a proven ability to position premium brands with finesse. The ideal candidate will lead both strategy and execution, overseeing all aspects of brand development, marketing campaigns, and team building.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Leadership
- Define and elevate the brand identity of Elevate across all platforms and developments.
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling, tone of voice, and design language that reflects luxury, sophistication, and innovation.
- Strategic Marketing
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, experiential, and PR channels.
- Lead go-to-market planning for new developments, working closely with sales, design, and development teams.
- Team Building & Agency Management
- Build and manage an internal team of graphic designers, content creators, and digital marketers.
- Oversee external agency relationships (PR, creative, digital, production) to ensure alignment with brand standards and performance metrics.
- Creative Direction & Communication
- Guide all visual and copy output across campaigns, sales collateral, video, and digital content.
- Maintain a high standard of creative direction across branding, design, photography, film, and editorial content.
- Market Positioning
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and audience insight to refine brand positioning.
- Identify high-impact collaborations, events, and brand partnerships to elevate visibility.
- Performance & Budget
- Set KPIs and manage budgets to deliver high-ROI marketing outcomes.
- Monitor performance analytics and adjust strategies as needed to optimise results.
- Minimum 8–12 years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in luxury real estate.
- Strong portfolio of branding and campaign work that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and high design sensibility.
- Proven leadership in building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
- Deep understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and lifestyle positioning, especially within the UAE or global HNW/UHNW markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copy instincts.
- Experience working with premium creative agencies and production teams.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
