About the job Digital Marketing Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute content strategies for Linked In, Facebook, and Instagram
. - Manage daily posts, engage with followers, and track performance.
- Run targeted social media campaigns to generate inbound leads.
- Content Marketing & SEO:
- Create and optimize SEO-friendly blog posts.
- Develop email newsletters and recruitment-focused articles.
- Work with AI tools to generate engaging, value-driven content.
- Performance Marketing & Ads:
- Set up and manage Linked In and Google Ads (without heavy paid dependency).
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation with a focus on organic growth.
- Website & Analytics:
- Ensure is updated, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized.
- Monitor Google Analytics & other tools to track performance and engagement.
- Lead Generation & Automation:
- Use digital strategies to generate leads for recruitment services.
- Implement email marketing funnels and CRM-based outreach.
- Branding & Growth Hacking:
- Explore new marketing trends to differentiate us in the recruitment industry.
- Run A/B tests on creative, copy, and targeting strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:2+ years in digital marketing, preferably in recruitment or B2B services.
- Skills:
- Strong SEO, content marketing, and Linked In marketing skills.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and lead generation tools
. - Proficiency in Canva, ChatGPT, and marketing automation tools
. - Ability to create high-quality, engaging content.
- Mindset:
- Proactive, data-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Creative thinkers who can generate organic traction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, bootstrapped startup environment
.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment marketing or B2B lead generation is a plus.
- Familiarity with UAE and GCC job markets
.
