We're looking for a Financial Writer/Content Lead who can take real investment data and turn it into content and thought leadership that's sharp, human, and easy to act on. In this role, you'll shape how thousands of global investors understand real estate, risk, and opportunity. You'll work with real investment data, live opportunities, and an active investor base, not hypothetical case studies. Your writing will directly support property launches, investor education, market commentary, and platform growth. You'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Asset Management, Client Relations, Product, and Leadership, gaining first-hand exposure to how real estate investments are sourced, structured, and exited, and turning that into clear, credible content investors rely on.

This role offers ownership, visibility, and real influence over how Smart Crowd communicates trust, transparency, and performance.

Based in Dubai (on-site), this role is for a financial writer and content lead who can turn market data, investment analysis, and real estate insights into clear, credible content investors trust.

You'll own Smart Crowd's investor-facing narrative, from blogs, market reports, and insights to webinars, launches, and educational content. Your role is to explain what's happening, why it matters, and how investors should think about it, bridging real estate and financial expertise with strong storytelling and editorial judgment.

• Research, write high-quality financial content, from blogs to market reports, on real estate, investment trends, and financial literacy
• Translate complex financial concepts into user-friendly, engaging formats (emails, social posts, infographics, scripts), ensuring all messaging is credible and engaging, without sounding like a textbook
• Support property launch campaigns, app updates, and investor education content
• Work directly with Marketing, Asset Management, Product, and Compliance to get the details right
• Collaborate with SEO, comms, and performance teams to ensure content drives both authority and growth
• Support webinars, podcasts, and PR with research-backed insights and talking points
• Editing, tightening, and improving copy so every word earns its place
• Stay ahead of real estate and fintech trends across MENA and beyond

• 3+ years of experience in financial content, research, or investment writing
• Strong understanding of real estate, investment principles, and financial markets
• Familiarity with real estate databases like REIDIN, Property Monitor, or similar market research tools
• Proven ability to create content that's both educational and engaging
• Strong written English and sharp editorial judgment. Arabic is a plus
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and analysis skills
• Experience with data analysis and turning numbers into narratives
• Credibility and passion for helping people make smarter financial decisions
• Previous work in fintech, real estate, investing, or financial services is also a plus!
