Country Manager – Uae

We are looking for a strategic, agile, and hands‑on Country Manager to lead and scale our fragrance footprint in UAE.

As a global lifestyle brand with a growing fragrance portfolio, we’re seeking someone who can own the P&L,
drive market share
, forge deep retail & distributor relationships
, and lead frontline commercial execution across UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Ownership of the UAE Business :
  Sales planning, forecasting, and end‑to‑end performance management
• Retail & Channel Development: Expand footprint across A+ doors, perfumery chains, department stores, pharmacies and key beauty players
• Promoter Network Oversight: Lead deployment, performance KPIs and productivity of fragrance promoters across markets
• Trade Marketing & Visibility: Localize brand campaigns, execute sampling programs, launch new variants with impact
• Commercial Excellence: Track and improve sell‑in / sell‑out, monitor market shares, competitor benchmarking, pricing and promo analysis
• Compliance & Product Registration: Oversee documentation and regulatory coordination with in‑market partners and internal teams
• Cross‑functional Leadership: Work closely with marketing, product, supply chain and finance to ensure seamless execution and rollout

Key

Qualifications:

· 10‑12 years of regional experience in fragrances, beauty or FMCG.

· Proven track record in retail/channel management & commercial operations

· Strong existing relationships with retailers/distributors

· Leadership mindset with the ability to roll up sleeves and get things done

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
