Brand Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a strategic and creative Brand Promotion Specialist to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for executing our comprehensive brand communication strategy across digital and traditional channels. Your primary focus will be to elevate brand awareness, foster audience growth, and generate qualified leads in the UAE and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate is a bilingual content expert with a deep understanding of the local culture and a proven track record in successful brand promotion.

• Strategy Execution: Implement the company’s annual brand communication plan, integrating online and offline marketing resources to systematically boost brand awareness and market influence.
• Social Media Management: Take full ownership of content operations and fan growth on UAE mainstream social media platforms (e.g., Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter). Increase brand exposure and enhance user engagement rates through compelling content and community management.
• Search Engine Promotion: Oversee and optimize search engine marketing efforts, including content and official website SEO, to improve organic search traffic and the efficiency of lead conversion.
• Digital Asset Management: Manage and maintain all localized brand digital assets, including official websites, promotional materials, and case study libraries, ensuring they are updated, consistent, and impactful.
• Event Marketing: Plan, organize, and execute both online and offline market activities (e.g., industry exhibitions, webinars, client forums) to elevate brand image and strengthen market presence.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and campaign performance. Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support the continuous optimization and strategic decision-making for brand promotion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in brand communication, content marketing, or digital promotion.
• Proven success in developing and executing promotion campaigns within the Middle East market is highly preferred.
• Deep, practical familiarity with the algorithms and best practices of mainstream social media platforms (especially Linked In) and localized search engine promotion strategies.
• Excellent bilingual copywriting and content creation skills in both English and Arabic are essential.
• Proficiency in using design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Cap Cut, and InShot to produce high-quality visual content.
• Strong business acumen and innovative thinking, with a profound understanding of local culture, user preferences, and social customs.
• Ability to independently plan and produce culturally relevant, engaging marketing content that resonates with the target audience.
