Drive brand growth across UAE & GCC through social media, paid ads, SEO, and lead nurturing.
As we expand our reach in the UAE and GCC, we are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help grow our brand through strategic digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Social Media Management:
Manage day-to-day social media platforms with a focus on growing Instagram followers and engagement through both organic content and paid campaigns. Platforms include Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In, Snapchat, Instagram, and Pinterest. - Paid Advertising:
Create and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Tik Tok, and others to drive qualified traffic and conversions. - Whats App Campaigns:
Develop and execute campaigns on Whats App and ensure effective lead qualification. - Lead Nurturing:
Demonstrate experience in nurturing and qualifying leads effectively. - CRM Knowledge:
Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce. - SEO Optimization:
Implement SEO strategies to enhance website ranking, increase organic traffic, and improve user experience. - Content Strategy:
Develop and execute compelling content aligned with the brand’s mission of creating dream outdoor spaces. - Data Analysis:
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools. Refine strategies to meet KPIs and maximize ROI. - Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Expertise in paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, etc.) with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and tools.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance monitoring and analytics.
- Creative, strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and driving results.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding and experience in the UAE and GCC markets.
