We are looking for a
Digital
Paid Media Specialist
to lead and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other digital platforms (Youtube, Tiktok, Amazon, Noon, Instashop, etc). The primary goal is to build strong
brand awareness
for a new product entering the UAE market. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands‑on experience in campaign setup, optimization and influencer collaborations.

  • Key Responsibilities
    Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta and other relevant platforms (Google Ads, Tik Tok, etc.).
  • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement in the market.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools and develop/execute strategies to increase organic traffic, search rankings and online visibility.
  • Collaborate with influencers and manage influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platforms and best practices for paid media.
  • Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall brand objectives.

Skills

  • Requirements
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • Strong Experience in managing paid campaigns on Meta and digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) and SEO / search marketing.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and partnership management.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and performance analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    Certification in Meta Ads or Google Ads.
  • Background in launching new brands or products.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market and cultural nuances is a plus.
