As the company continues to scale, we are looking to strengthen our marketing function by hiring a Lead Generation specialist to drive targeted customer acquisition.
We are seeking a Marketing / Lead Generation Officer who will take ownership of customer acquisition strategies, campaign performance, and audience targeting.
This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who understands how to attract and convert the right customers, particularly property buyers, investors, and renovation clients in Dubai.
You will work closely with the Social Media Manager and leadership team to ensure marketing efforts generate high-quality inbound leads.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital platforms
- Identify and target relevant customer segments (expats, investors, homeowners)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on data insights
- Track KPIs such as CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on campaign alignment
- Implement retargeting and funnel optimisation strategies
- Improve lead quality and reduce irrelevant inbound inquiries
- Produce campaign performance reports and actionable insights
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing / lead generation roles
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics
- Experience in audience targeting and segmentation
- Ability to analyse campaign data and optimise strategies
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and advise on marketing direction

This role will play a key part in scaling the company's client acquisition engine.
- Based in Dubai
- Office-based initially (5 days/week)
- Transitioning to hybrid (2–3 days/week in office) after onboarding
- Up to AED 15,000/month (inclusive of KPIs & bonuses)
