Project Specialist; Events

We are seeking a proactive and trend-savy Project Specialist – Events & Marketing to join a dynamic PMO team within a leading Dubai-based free zone organization. This role is ideal for a go-getter with a strong background in events and marketing
, who understands modern branding, lives and breathes social media, and can drive internal engagement while strengthening external brand positioning. The successful candidate will lead internal events and proactively identify sponsorship and branding opportunities to enhance market visibility and strategic presence.

• Plan, organize, and execute internal events aligned with business objectives and company culture.
• Stay updated on social media and branding trends, proactively proposing relevant campaigns and engagement initiatives.
• Identify, evaluate, and lead sponsorship and brand collaboration opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and communications teams to ensure consistent and unified brand messaging.
• Increase brand value across social media platforms through strategic content planning, engagement initiatives, and platform-specific campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report engagement metrics and project outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in events, marketing, or brand management
  , preferably within a fast-paced corporate or free zone environment.
• Strong background in events planning and execution is essential.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to execute impactful events and brand campaigns.
• Highly active on social platforms with a strong understanding of modern branding and digital engagement trends.
• Creative, hands‑on, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license
