Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and industries, with a deep understanding of the UAE market.

Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) across various industries

Execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, You Tube)

Manage and scale Tik Tok Ads for lead generation and brand awareness

Develop effective digital marketing strategies tailored to each business and target audience

Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reporting with actionable insights

Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation

Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and budgets to maximize ROI

Work closely with the content and design team to ensure high-performing ads

Proven experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Tik Tok Ads

Ability to create marketing strategies based on business goals and industry needs

Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking tools (Pixel, GA4, Tag Manager, etc.)

Minimum 2 years of UAE market experience (on-site)

Experience running campaigns for multiple industries is a must

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Previous experience working in a marketing agency environment

Knowledge of lead generation, e-commerce, and real estate marketing

Familiarity with CRM integrations and automation tools

On-site role in the Dubai, UAE
