We seek an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Social Media Manager with specialized knowledge of the tokenized assets / real world asset tokenization (RWA) industry to lead our marketing and media initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, managing media relations, and building brand authority within the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors.
This role will enhance our brand visibility, engage key stakeholders, and drive thought leadership for our company.
- Designed and implemented comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our offering, products, and services.
- Identify target audiences (real estate investors, industry partners, crypto enthusiasts/investors, etc.) and tailor campaigns to drive engagement and brand loyalty.
- Leverage market research and industry trends to position company as a sustainable and innovative leader in the tokenized real estate space.
- Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Create compelling messaging that highlights company’s unique value proposition, and technical expertise.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media updates, to educate audiences about our unique value proposition in the tokenized real esate space.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex into accessible and engaging content.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials across platforms.
- Media and Public Relations:
- Build relationships with both traditional and crypto-focused media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage and thought leadership opportunities.
- Draft press releases, op-eds, and media kits to announce company milestones, partnerships, or innovations in Tokenized Real Estate / RWA space.
- Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate executive interviews or speaking engagements.
- Digital Marketing and Social Media:
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and conversions.
- Manage company’s social media presence on platforms like X, Linked In, and You Tube, engaging with the crypto community and sharing industry insights.
- To optimize ROI, monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and Go High Level.
- Event and Community Engagement:
- Plan and execute participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote brand.
- Build relationships with key industry stakeholders to foster partnerships and collaborations.
- Industry Advocacy and Thought Leadership:
- Stay informed on regulatory developments in RWA space, to position company as a trusted voice in the industry.
- Represent company in industry discussions, panels, or podcasts to advocate for responsible mining practices and innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, media, or public relations**, with at least 2+ years in the Crypto / blockchain industry.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement in crypto.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong network of media contacts in the cryptocurrency and technology sectors.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp) and analytics platforms.
- Experience managing social media accounts on platforms like X, with a track record of engaging crypto communities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving industry.
- Passion for tokenized assets, blockchain technology, and commercial real estate.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating marketing collateral.
- Existing relationships with crypto influencers, podcasters, or You Tubers.
