Job Overview:
Here's your chance to step into the role of Manager - Marketing - Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Identify target audiences and develop tailored campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, social media, etc.)
- Measure and analyse campaign performance, optimizing tactics to maximize ROI
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning
Brand Management
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
- Develop and enhance brand identity to strengthen market presence
Budget Management
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and cost control
- Track expenditures and assess financial performance of marketing activities
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve departmental goals
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
About you:
The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns
