Influencer Outreach Executive – Key Responsibilities
- Identify & Source Influencers:
Research and shortlist influencers aligned with the brand’s target audience, values, and campaign goals. - Relationship Management:
Initiate outreach, onboard influencers, and build strong long‑term professional relationships. - Negotiation & Commercials:
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, compensation, and contractual terms effectively. - Campaign Management:
Coordinate and manage influencer campaigns end‑to‑end, ensuring timely execution and deliverables. - Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI; prepare performance reports. - Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and creator economy insights. - Content Review & Approval:
Ensure influencer content complies with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging before posting. - Feedback & Issue Resolution:
Address influencer concerns, feedback, and campaign‑related issues professionally. - Budget Management:
Plan and manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value optimization. - Compliance & Guidelines:
Ensure adherence to advertising regulations, disclosures, and platform‑specific policies. - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, PR, branding, and product teams for campaign alignment.
We are looking for a dynamic and result‑oriented professional to join our team as an Influencer Outreach & Management Executive.
Key Requirements- Based in UAE with a valid residence visa
- Excellent communication skills (English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, Snapchat)
- Experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or talent management preferred
- Ability to negotiate, coordinate campaigns, and manage deliverables
- Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up and reporting skills
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑driven
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency environment
- Must be comfortable working night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) as we deal with US clients.
