We’re partnering with a fast-growing, science-led wellness platform that works closely with health experts, brands, and local communities to build credible, intentional, and sustainable wellness experiences. Based in Dubai, this role offers the opportunity to lead offline partnerships and community collaborations, playing a key role in expanding the brand’s real-world presence across the wellness ecosystem.
Responsibilities- Own and grow offline partnerships across gyms, wellness studios, clinics, corporate wellness programmes, and lifestyle spaces.
- Build and manage long-term community relationships, focusing on trust and repeat collaboration rather than one-off activations.
- Lead on-ground initiatives including pop-ups, workshops, sampling programmes, and community-led events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership stakeholders, managing relationships end to end.
- Develop partnership structures including collaborations, revenue share, co-branding, and event-based partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to integrate the brand into offline routines such as classes, memberships, events, and corporate wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to extend partnerships across digital channels.
- Oversee execution from outreach and planning through to activation, follow-up, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and report on partnership impact, including engagement, community growth, and contribution to commercial outcomes.
- 3–6 years’ experience in partnerships, community marketing, brand collaborations, or business development.
- Strong existing network within the wellness, fitness, or health space.
- Experience working with wellness, fitness, or health-focused brands.
- Clear understanding of how offline communities operate and how trust is built within them.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Startup mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
