We are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to join our Marketing Team and support the execution of our global digital presence.

The Role

As the Social Media Executive at Ferri Firenze, you will bring the maison’s world to life across digital platforms — transforming strategic campaigns, product launches, and brand moments into refined, compelling storytelling.

Working in close partnership with the Brand Marketing Manager and Marketing Project Manager, you will translate vision into execution, ensuring every post, collaboration, and content drop embodies Ferri Firenze’s distinctive elegance and contemporary relevance.

From curated content calendars to immersive narratives and performance insights, you will craft and orchestrate digital experiences that elevate desirability, expand global reach, and strengthen long-term brand equity.

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role at the intersection of creativity and precision — where luxury storytelling meets strategic execution. You will contribute directly to shaping how Ferri Firenze is perceived, experienced, and admired in the digital space.

Key Responsibility

Content Production

  • Create and produce native, low‑fi social content (iPhone content, behind‑the‑scenes, product storytelling)
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, and agencies when required
  • Ensure all visual outputs reflect Ferri Firenze’s aesthetic codes and luxury standards
  • Maintain high standards of composition, lighting, and overall visual consistency

Content Execution

  • Develop and execute monthly and weekly content calendars (submitted for approval)
  • Execute the approved social strategy across Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In and other relevant platforms
  • Translate campaigns and collection launches into engaging social storytelling
  • Safeguard the brand’s refined and timeless tone of voice

Editorial & Community

  • Draft captions aligned with the maison’s editorial tone (for approval)
  • Schedule and publish content following approval
  • Monitor community engagement while protecting brand positioning

Performance & Reporting

  • Drive audience growth and engagement while protecting luxury positioning
  • Track key KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports
  • Identify optimisation opportunities within the existing strategy
  • Support D2C and B2B commercial priorities through aligned content

Cross‑Functional Coordinator

  • Align social storytelling with product launches, PR, pop‑ups, retail moments, and wholesale activations
  • Work closely with CRM, Sales, PR, and the broader marketing team

Profile

  • Experienced in managing social media for a luxury jewellery, fashion, or premium lifestyle brand (or an emerging content creator with strong luxury positioning)
  • Highly aesthetic with a deep understanding of luxury visual codes
  • Able to balance brand storytelling with performance‑driven thinking
  • Excellent copywriter with a refined, editorial tone
  • Organised, detail‑oriented, and execution‑focused
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, design‑led environment
