Job OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms and a strong analytical mindset to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Linked In, and other relevant platforms
- Plan and execute high‑performing Meta advertising campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results
- Collaborate closely with creative and analytics teams to enhance campaign strategies and ad creatives
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and deliver maximum ROI
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles
- Proven track record of managing paid advertising campaigns successfully
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing tools and platforms
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize accordingly
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work onsite in Dubai
