As Shamal Holding continues to grow, we’re in search of a Marketing Executive - Leisure & Entertainment (L&E). In this role you will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across Shamal’s Leisure & Entertainment portfolio, including Skydive Dubai, Deep Dive Dubai, and XDubai.

This role is responsible for assisting in the delivery of campaigns, content, and day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency, operational efficiency, and timely execution across multiple channels. The role works closely with the Marketing Manager, internal teams, and external partners to support business and brand objectives.

Marketing Execution Support
  • Support the execution of marketing plans and campaigns across the L&E portfolio.
  • Assist in coordinating campaign deliverables, timelines, and approvals across internal teams and agencies.
  • Ensure marketing activities are executed in line with brand guidelines and agreed briefs.
Campaign & Content Support
  • Assist in the development, coordination, and distribution of marketing content across digital, social, website, and offline channels.
  • Support the briefing and coordination of creative assets, including copy, visuals, and production materials.
  • Ensure content is accurately implemented across platforms and updated as required.
Digital & Channel Support
  • Support day-to-day digital marketing activities, including website updates, social media coordination, CRM support, and paid campaign assistance.
  • Assist with monitoring channel performance and compiling reports for review by the Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure digital platforms and content remain up to date and aligned with campaign priorities.
Coordination & Stakeholder Support
  • Act as a coordination point between internal teams and external agencies for assigned tasks and deliverables.
  • Support meeting preparation, campaign status updates, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and records related to campaigns, assets, and approvals.
Reporting & Administration
  • Support campaign reporting by compiling performance data, insights, and post-campaign summaries.
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and administrative processes in line with internal governance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, brand standards, and approval workflows.
Required Competencies

  • Experience working with agencies or external partners is an advantage.
  • Experience in leisure, entertainment, lifestyle, or consumer brands is preferred..
