Organization – Grand Hyatt Dubai

This role plays a key part in executing the overall digital strategy, including digital media, e-commerce, and social media campaigns for Grand Hyatt Dubai. You will collaborate closely with other departments such as Operations, Sales, Revenue, F&B, and Marketing to gather relevant data and support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the digital marketing team in driving direct booking growth and enhancing  performance.
  • Create and manage campaigns across all channels, including but not limited to SEO, pay‑per‑click (PPC), metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing.
  • Update and maintain websites and microsites, ensuring all content is current, optimized for search engines, and provides an excellent user experience that drives conversion.
  • Manage online listings and respond to guest feedback, building a positive online reputation across review platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign KPIs are met and marketing activities align with the hotel’s objectives.
  • Track and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and best practices to continuously enhance marketing performance.

Qualifications
  • Experience in marketing is required, ideally with a strong focus on digital channels or a clear motivation to transition into digital marketing.
  • Solid understanding of key digital marketing platforms, including SEO, PPC, metasearch, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.
  • Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail, combined with a proactive, initiative‑driven approach.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable steps.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
