As a Social Media Specialist, you will be tasked with enhancing our brand's visibility and engagement across various social media platforms. This role requires you to create compelling content, foster community engagement, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. You’ll manage multiple social media accounts, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to improve outreach and interaction. • Develop regular reports and presentations on social media activity and strategies.
• Identify and build relationships with key influencers and industry partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment effectively.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and content calendars.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing is a plus.
