Overview

Rayqube is an experiential technology and spatial design company delivering immersive brand environments across the GCC. As we expand our capabilities, we are strengthening our Retail & Consumer Brand Activation vertical and are looking for a senior Business Development leader to drive growth in this space. This role is for an agency or marketing house experienced profile to build B2B relationships, sell, manage and deliver retail, mall activations, pop-ups, cosmetic and consumer brand experiences for clients within the UAE market.

• Lead business development for retail and consumer brand activations for the agency
• Develop and manage relationships with:
• Mall marketing teams
• Retail developers
• Cosmetic & beauty brands
• FMCG & lifestyle brands
• Brand & retail marketing agencies
• Drive new client acquisition and strategic partnerships
• Collaborate closely with design, production and tech teams to convert briefs into impactful experiential solutions
• Represent Rayqube in pitches, presentations and client engagements

• Prior UAE agency and marketing brand activation business development experience is essential.

• 6–12+ years in brand activation / experiential / retail marketing within the UAE in agencies or creative marketing houses
• A proven track record of closing activation mandates
• Strong existing relationships within the UAE retail and consumer ecosystem
• Experience working with cosmetic, beauty, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG brands
• Deep understanding of mall activation formats, pop-ups and retail engagement models

• Commercially driven and confident in client-facing environments
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability
• Ability to translate client needs into experiential solutions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership attitude
• Professional presence suitable for premium brand interactions
