Community Management
- Manage and engage with the brand community across social media platforms, Whats App groups, forums, and email.
- Respond to comments, messages, reviews, and customer queries in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with loyal customers, brand advocates, and ambassadors within the UAE.
- Represent the brand in a professional and culturally aligned manner.
- Plan and execute community-driven initiatives such as events, workshops, tastings, launches, and collaborations across the UAE.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of brand activations.
- Support on-ground community engagement during events and pop-ups.
- Gather community feedback and share insights with the marketing and operations teams.
- Assist in creating community-focused content including posts, stories, newsletters, and announcements.
- Ensure all communication reflects the brand’s tone of voice and values.
- Support campaigns by amplifying content through the community.
- Support collaborations with influencers, creators, and brand partners.
- Assist with outreach, coordination, and relationship management.
- Track engagement and feedback from collaborations.
- Monitor community engagement, sentiment, and growth.
- Prepare basic reports on community performance, feedback, and trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve community experience and loyalty.
- UAE National (Emiratisation role – Family Book required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English preferred).
- People-oriented with excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and community management tools.
- Passion for branding, storytelling, and customer engagement.
