Kamani Living is a luxury real estate advisory and brokerage working with global investors, developers, and end-users across the UAE. We are known for our data‑led approach, refined brand positioning, and strong presence in the luxury real‑estate ecosystem.
We are building a world‑class content and personal branding engine for our brokers and partners and we’re looking for a Social Media Executive to help execute this at a high standard.
Role OverviewThe Social Media Executive will be responsible for day‑to‑day execution of Kamani Living’s social media presence across Instagram, Linked In, and Tik Tok including brand accounts and broker support.
This is a hands‑on role focused on content publishing, coordination, consistency, and performance tracking working closely with the Marketing Director, design team, videographers, and brokers.
Key Responsibilities Content Execution & Publishing- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Linked In, and Tik Tok
- Ensure all posts follow Kamani Living’s brand tone, visual standards, and messaging
- Manage captions, hashtags, tagging, geotags, and posting times
- Upload reels, carousels, stories, and static posts correctly per platform
- Coordinate with brokers to collect raw content (videos, photos, talking‑head clips)
- Support brokers with posting guidelines, captions, hooks, and formatting
- Track broker participation and content consistency
- Flag top‑performing broker content to the marketing team
- Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions
- Respond to basic inquiries or route leads to the relevant internal team
- Escalate high‑intent leads, complaints, or sensitive messages immediately
Track weekly and monthly KPIs:
- Identify what content formats are working and what isn’t
Work closely with:
- Designers (thumbnails, carousels)
- Videographers/editors (reels, edits)
- Maintain a clean content calendar and posting schedule
- Ensure no missed posts, broken links, or sloppy uploads
- 1–3 years experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or personal brand
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In
- Comfortable working in luxury, lifestyle, or real estate environments
- High attention to detail — visuals, spelling, timing, consistency
- Confident communicating with brokers, creatives, and internal teams
- Based in the UAE (or willing to work UAE hours)
- Metricool, Hootsuite, Sprout, Later, or similar
- Cap Cut / basic video trimming
- Understanding of short‑form video trends and hooks
- Arabic language skills (not mandatory)
- Not an influencer role
- Not a strategy‑only role
