OnsaFX is a regulated brokerage firm, licensed by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) under license number 53192. Established in 2023, we quickly became a leading brokerage in the African market and are now expanding globally. We focus on transparent trading, strong execution, competitive conditions, and long‑term, risk‑managed growth.

As we scale internationally, we are looking for a Junior Brand & Growth Executive to support our Brand, Growth & Strategy department in Dubai.

This role goes beyond basic marketing execution. The selected candidate will play an active role in strengthening OnsaFX’s global visibility, digital footprint, competitive positioning, and regional expansion initiatives.

You will work across branding, digital marketing, SEO tracking, competitor benchmarking, sponsorship research, and event coordination helping ensure OnsaFX maintains a strong, regulated, and professionally positioned presence across all markets.

This is an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience inside a fast‑growing, regulated brokerage while contributing directly to strategic brand growth, market expansion, and industry positioning.

Key Responsibilities 1. Client Brand Management & Digital Execution
  • Support end‑to‑end brand‑building initiatives for OnsaFX
  • Assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across OnsaFX’s social channels (Linked In, Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok, Twitter and Facebook).
  • Ensure each content follows their brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Convert raw materials (videos, event footage, product updates) into professional, publishable digital assets.
  • Coordinate specific monthly content calendars, campaign plans, event announcements, and ongoing marketing activities.
2. SEO & Digital Visibility for Clients
  • Track SEO tasks for OnsaFX and monitor their digital footprint.
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, keyword performance, competitor movements, and organic visibility.
  • Liaise with internal/external SEO partners to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Prepare periodic SEO & visibility reports for OnsaFX’s presentations.
3. Competitor & Market Benchmarking
  • Analyze regional competitors to strengthen OnsaFX’s market positioning and competitive advantage.
  • Prepare monthly insights on branding, communication, social trends, and product positioning.
  • Benchmark OnsaFX against industry leaders and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen market positioning.
4. Sponsor ships, Partnerships & Events
  • Research and evaluate sponsorship opportunities that align with OnsaFX’s brand and regional growth strategy (sports clubs, influencers, expos, summits, forums).
  • Support the end‑to‑end sponsorship process for OnsaFX: partner outreach, negotiation support, documentation, asset approvals, and post‑activation follow‑up.
  • Conduct market research on global and regional fintech and brokerage events to identify high‑impact opportunities for OnsaFX.
  • Represent OnsaFX at domestic and international expos and industry events as required.
5. Social Media & Community Management
  • Manage OnsaFX’s daily social media operations: posting, engagement, replies, and community growth.
  • Coordinate with influencers and partners, track campaign performance, and prepare reporting for internal review.
  • Monitor global brokerage and fintech trends to propose timely content ideas that strengthen OnsaFX’s brand positioning and regional growth.
6. Industry Monitoring & Trend Reporting
  • Track global updates in trading, fintech, brokerage technology, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to support OnsaFX’s growth and positioning.
  • Share key insights with the internal team regularly to inform strategy, product positioning, partnerships, and content direction.
  • Prepare trend reports for internal presentations, strategy meetings, and content planning.
7. Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Work closely with OnsaFX’s internal teams (marketing, design, compliance, business development, and operations) to ensure aligned execution across the region.
