The RoleWe’re looking for a Head of Growth to own and accelerate our customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across all digital channels. This role blends data-driven performance marketing, brand-forward influencer strategies, and best-in-class CRM to scale a modern fashion e-commerce business. You’ll set the growth vision, build and lead high-performing teams, and continuously experiment to unlock new growth levers - while keeping a sharp eye on CAC, LTV, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the overall growth strategy across acquisition and retention
- Own growth KPIs, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate, retention, and revenue growth
- Partner closely with Product, Merchandising, Content and Trade to drive holistic growth
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-impact growth team
- Lead all paid channels, including Meta, Google, Tik Tok and emerging platforms
- Optimise full-funnel performance (prospecting, retargeting, conversion, and reactivation)
- Own budget planning, forecasting, and ROI optimisation across channels
- Drive continuous experimentation with creatives, landing pages, audiences, and offers
- Scale a creator and influencer marketing engine aligned with brand and performance goals, leveraging relevant agencies
- Own and grow the affiliate program, including recruitment, commission structures, and partner performance
- Track influencer and affiliate impact using clear attribution and incrementality models
- Own CRM strategy across email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty initiatives
- Drive personalisation, segmentation, and automation across the customer lifecycle
- Improve repeat purchase rate, AOV, churn reduction, and customer lifetime value
- Collaborate with Product and Data teams on customer insights and behavioural triggers
- Establish a strong testing culture (A/B testing, holdouts, incrementality)
- Leverage analytics tools to derive insights and guide decision-making
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track growth performance clearly
- Use customer data to identify new growth opportunities and channels
- Act as a key collaborator within the Marketing department, contributing to campaign planning and execution across channels
- Leverage the latest trends and technology (including AI) to enhance the team’s overall productivity
- 7–10+ years in growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in fashion, DTC, or e-commerce.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue in a fast-growing consumer brand
- Strong experience across paid media, influencer marketing, affiliates, and CRM
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets and teams
- Highly analytical with a strong understanding of attribution, unit economics, and funnel optimisation
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and commercial KPIs
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels
- Data-driven, test-and-learn mindset with a bias for action
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
