Social Media Manager – Luxury Beauty Brand

Persian Horizon Beauty Group operates five luxury salons across Dubai, serving a premium clientele in beauty and wellness.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can translate our in-salon excellence into powerful digital presence.

The Social Media Manager will lead content strategy, community engagement, and performance optimization across Instagram, Tik Tok, and emerging platforms for five salon accounts.

This role requires a highly creative, trend‑aware, and data‑driven professional who understands luxury positioning, short‑form video strategy, and audience growth mechanics.

You will be responsible for turning daily salon activity into high‑impact, scroll‑stopping content.

• Develop and execute content strategies for five luxury salon accounts
• Create, schedule, and manage daily posts across Instagram and Tik Tok
• Produce and oversee high‑performing Reels and short‑form video content
• Launch and manage UGC (User‑Generated Content) campaigns
• Engage actively with community (comments, DMs, story interactions)
• Collaborate with videographers, photographers, and salon teams
• Monitor analytics and optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions
• Stay ahead of trends and adapt content to platform algorithm shifts

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Dubai
• Minimum 2 years in beauty, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industry
• Proven portfolio demonstrating viral content and measurable audience growth
• Strong expertise in Instagram Reels and Tik Tok content strategy
• Advanced knowledge of content planning tools and analytics dashboards
• Experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic preferred
