The Senior Marketing & Communications Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, acting as the primary link between the Marketing & Communications function and internal stakeholders. This role ensures the development and execution of integrated marketing and communication strategies that drive business objectives, strengthen brand positioning, and enhance stakeholder engagement across key markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Partnership
  • Act as the dedicated marketing and communications advisor to senior business leaders.
  • Translate business strategy into tailored communication and marketing plans.
  • Facilitate alignment between business unit goals and corporate brand strategy.
  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
  • Lead development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, and media.
  • Drive segmentation, persona development, and messaging frameworks.
  • Manage campaign performance dashboards and analytics.
  • External Communications & Brand Reputation
  • Collaborate with PR and media teams to maintain brand reputation.
  • Support crisis communication preparedness and response.
  • Oversee consistent brand messaging across external channels.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work with cross‑functional teams (Sales, HR, Product, Digital) to ensure aligned communication.
  • Serve as the voice of the business unit within the Mar Com leadership team.
  • Manage agency and external partner relationships.
  • Measurement & Insights
  • Measure KPIs for marketing and communication activities.
  • Use analytics and insights to optimize strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience in marketing roles.
  • Proven experience delivering integrated marketing and communications strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and media landscape.
