Our social media agency is looking for an experienced Social Media Executive / Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day social media presence for our diverse portfolio of clients. Your primary focus will be executing strategies, creating engaging content, and building strong online communities in both Arabic and English.

• Social Media Management: Take full ownership of daily operations for assigned social media platforms such as (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Linked In, Tik Tok, etc.)
• Strategy Execution & Content creation: Implement the social media strategy. Ideate, create, and manage a dynamic content calendar with engaging captions and visuals in flawless Arabic and professional English, ensuring all content aligns with the client’s goals.
• Community Engagement: Proactively manage client communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track campaign performance and prepare reports using social media analytics tools to show results and insights.
• Compliance Awareness: Ensure all content and promotions comply with UAE media and advertising regulations.

• Language Proficiency: Full professional written and spoken fluency in Modern Standard Arabic is mandatory. Full professional proficiency in English is required. Language skills will be assessed during the interview process.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in a social media role within a social media or creative agency, managing client social media accounts.

  Excellent hands‑on skills in managing business accounts on all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, etc.). Excellent bilingual copywriting and community management skills. Strong analytical skills for performance reporting.
• Availability: Must be available to start a full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai immediately.

• A bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in contributing to social media strategy development is a plus.
