As Shamal Holding continues to grow, we’re in search of a Manager - Marketing (Leisure and Entertainment). In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial performance across Shamal’s Leisure & Entertainment portfolio, including Skydive Dubai, Deep Dive Dubai, and XDubai. This role supports the translation of marketing strategy into effective execution, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver campaigns, content, and experiences aligned with brand objectives and business priorities.
StrategicSupport
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing in the execution of marketing strategies for the L&E portfolio.
- Translate approved marketing strategies into actionable, channel‑specific plans aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute customer, market, and performance insights to support planning and optimisation.
- Manage the end‑to‑end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including briefing, planning, delivery, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to brand standards.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisations based on data, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Support the preparation and management of marketing budgets for L&E initiatives.
- Track spend against budget and support reporting on marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all L&E marketing touchpoints.
- Support brand‑building initiatives to strengthen awareness, relevance, and differentiation.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Analyse campaign and channel performance, providing insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Leverage data and insights to inform decision‑making and enhance customer engagement.
- Act as a key liaison between the marketing team and L&E business units, fostering strong collaboration and alignment.
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring delivery of high‑quality outputs.
- Engage internal stakeholders to gather inputs, align priorities, and communicate marketing plans effectively.
- Support the development of engaging content across digital, social, website, and experiential channels.
- Work closely with digital and social teams to ensure content is optimised for target audiences and platforms.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including social media, CRM, website updates, and paid campaigns.
- Strategic Thinking – Ability to support strategic initiatives and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
- Project Management – Strong organisational and time‑management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Agency Management – Experience working with and coordinating external agencies and vendors.
