The Role
We are looking for a dynamic Brand Experience Executive to strengthen the presence of two iconic automotive brands—
Toyota and Lexus
—across every touchpoint. In this role, you will shape memorable brand experiences, elevate customer journeys, and support major activations, events, and retail experience initiatives across the UAE. - Support and lead the execution of product launches, media events, showroom activations, and public engagements.
- Plan and execute showroom sales events designed to increase customer footfall.
- Collaborate with Senior Brand Managers on sponsor ships and partnerships.
- Develop and refresh brand assets across sales and aftersales locations.
- Organize and manage brand‑related internal and external events including showroom openings and refurbishments.
- Drive public activations and guerilla activities to elevate brand visibility.
- Manage event budgets and ensure strong PDCA reporting for continuous improvement.
- Analyze brand positioning and gather consumer insights.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain and implement brand standards across all sales and service locations.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure alignment with customer experience and safety culture criteria.
- Participate in leadership and professional development training.
- Support succession planning within the brand experience team by contributing to training, mentoring, and capability‑building initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of brand experience and UAE automotive events.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities, especially under pressure.
- Knowledge of technical production and event technology.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think critically and independently.
- Experience working with agencies and cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong execution skills with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Awareness of social media trends (preferably millennial profile, as per JD expectations).
You will join a passionate and collaborative Marketing & Brand Experience team
, working closely with the Senior Brand Experience Manager and cross‑functional stakeholders across Sales, Aftersales, HR, and Customer Experience.
