As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Emirati professional to support the execution of marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen brand presence and support commercial performance.
Role PurposeThe position supports the execution of Camelicious’ marketing strategy by coordinating campaigns, brand activations, and communication initiatives across multiple channels.
The role serves as a coordination hub between internal stakeholders and external agencies, ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with Camelicious brand standards and commercial priorities.
This position requires strong execution discipline, project coordination skills, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple work streams from briefing through execution and post-campaign reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Execute approved marketing initiatives in line with the annual marketing calendar.
- Support seasonal campaigns and key retail moments (e.g., Ramadan, Back-to-School, UAE National Day, DSF, product launches, Events)
- Coordinate with creative, digital, media, and production agencies to deliver campaign assets.
- Ensure timely rollout of campaigns across retail, digital, and trade channels.
- Maintain brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints and marketing materials.
- Support packaging updates, product launches, and brand asset development.
- Monitor brand visibility and compliance across retail, events, and promotional platforms.
- Draft press releases, corporate announcements, and brand communication materials.
- Support media engagement and stakeholder communications.
- Assist in preparing presentations, speeches, and internal communication content.
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and approved budgets.
- Prepare post-campaign performance reports and execution summaries.
- Conduct competitor monitoring and market intelligence tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- UAE National (Emirati)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand execution (FMCG or consumer brands preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel essential)
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
