As Puck’s Brand Manager, you will be the guardian and driver of the brand agenda across MENA. This is a role with high visibility, requiring strong creative judgment, confidence in decision-making, and the ability to influence and stand your ground with senior stakeholders. Reporting into Head of Puck Brand, you will lead the development and execution of the Puck brand strategy across the region, ensuring strong brand equity, cultural relevance, and consistent excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities- Owning and driving the Puck brand & partnerships strategy across MENA, ensuring clarity, consistency, and long-term brand health.
- Leading the development of impactful, integrated ATL, BTL, digital, and social campaigns in collaboration with external agencies, the Barn & CX teams.
- Championing creativity and breakthrough thinking in communication, content, and innovation.
- Translating consumer insights and category understanding into strong brand strategies and ideas.
- Developing and delivering annual brand plans, KPIs, and marketing roadmaps aligned with regional & market category objectives.
- Acting as the key brand voice in senior stakeholder forums, confidently influencing decisions and challenging when needed.
- Managing agency relationships and ensuring best-in-class creative output.
- Working cross-functionally to ensure coherent local execution while protecting brand identity.
- A brand-first marketer with strong creative instincts and the confidence to lead in complex, high-stakes environments.
- 5–8 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within FMCG.
- Proven experience leading brand strategy and integrated campaigns across multiple markets.
- Strong understanding of food, dairy, or adjacent FMCG categories, with the ability to translate category dynamics into brand opportunities.
- Strategic thinker who connects long‑term brand vision with short‑term execution.
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders; able to challenge constructively and defend recommendations.
- Analytical and insight-led, without losing creative ambition.
- Comfortable navigating a matrix organisation and ambiguity.
- Curious, culturally aware, and passionate about building iconic brands.
- Excellent English communication skills;
Arabic language skills and GCC experience are strong advantages.
