Public Relations Assistant

To lead and execute strategic public relations initiatives that enhance client’ brand reputation, media presence, and stakeholder engagement. The role is pivotal in shaping public perception, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.

Develop and implement PR strategies aligned with clients’ vision and business goals.

Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure high-impact coverage.

Draft, review, and distribute press releases, media statements, and executive quotes.

Oversee corporate representation at external events, conferences, and official ceremonies.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Legal, Shariah, and Executive teams) to ensure message consistency.

Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Lead crisis communication planning and execution.

Support digital PR efforts including blog content, social media amplification, and online reputation management.

Track and report on PR campaign performance using KPIs and analytics.

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in PR, preferably within financial services or government-linked entities.

Proven track record in managing media relations and high-stakes communications.

Bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred.
