The Opportunity

As Influencer Executive (GCC), you will support the execution of Feel’s influencer marketing strategy across the Gulf region.

Reporting directly to the Senior Influencer & Partnerships Manager based in Dubai, you will play a key role in identifying, onboarding, briefing, and managing creators. Your focus will be ensuring influencer campaigns are delivered seamlessly, on time, on brand, and performance-aligned.

This is a hands‑on execution role for someone with at least 2 years of influencer marketing experience who understands that influencer is not just about gifting — it is about commercial impact.

You will work closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to help scale Feel’s presence across the region through structured campaigns, ambassador partnerships, and performance‑driven collaborations.

Arabic fluency is essential.

About You
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on influencer marketing experience, ideally within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle in the GCC
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong understanding of regional culture and creator landscape
  • Confident identifying credible, high‑performing creators versus vanity metrics
  • Experienced in negotiating rates, deliverables, usage rights, and timelines
  • Strong at writing clear, structured influencer briefs that drive on‑brand, high‑converting content
  • Commercially aware - you understand engagement rate, reach, affiliate sales, CPA, and basic performance metrics
  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without missing deadlines
  • Proactive and solution‑focused — you follow up, anticipate issues, and keep projects moving
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment with high expectations
  • Ambitious and eager to grow into a more senior influencer or partnerships role over time
Key Responsibilities Influencer Campaign Execution
  • Support end‑to‑end execution of influencer campaigns across the GCC
  • Source and vet influencers aligned with Feel’s brand positioning and commercial objectives
  • Manage outreach, negotiations, contracts, usage rights, and deliverables
  • Coordinate gifting, briefing documents, timelines, and content approvals
  • Ensure all influencer content meets brand guidelines before going live
Content Review & Editing
  • Review influencer content for quality, messaging alignment, and performance potential
  • Edit short‑form video content using Cap Cut when required (hooks, subtitles, pacing, on‑screen text, basic transitions)
  • Optimise creator content for paid amplification where needed
  • Ensure final assets are formatted correctly for platform specifications
  • Support the management of long‑term ambassador relationships
  • Maintain consistent communication with creators and agencies
  • Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and increase output
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track campaign deliverables and key performance metrics
  • Monitor engagement rate, reach, saves, shares, affiliate conversions, and basic CPA indicators

    Maintain accurate influencer databases and reporting trackers
  • Contribute optimisation recommendations based on performance insights
Operational Excellence
  • Keep influencer trackers organised and up to date
  • Ensure contracts, approvals, and usage rights are properly documented
  • Liaise with logistics teams for product dispatch and inventory coordination
  • Support influencer coordination for regional events and activations
