Job Description

Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engage new audiences, and generate quality leads for business development. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation. You will play a key role in supporting the growth of CBC and enhancing our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative social media and communication campaigns to boost engagement across platforms.
  • Create engaging content and manage community interactions to strengthen our online presence.
  • Optimize and monitor the website for performance, ensuring accuracy and engagement.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to increase web traffic and generate quality leads.
  • Manage company blogs, email marketing, and SEO efforts to drive visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee the design of newsletters, marketing collateral, event materials, and promotional campaigns.
  • Organize and execute marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to increase brand exposure.
  • Analyze client feedback to refine and improve engagement strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for improving branding, PR, and lead generation efforts for CBC.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, and brand management.
  • Certification courses in marketing, digital marketing, or advertising tools are an added advantage.
  • Stellar written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) for graphic design and video editing is desirable.
