Senior Marketing Manager

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead and execute the marketing and social media strategy, with ownership of campaign performance, brand positioning, audience growth, and the mentoring of team members for Henley & Partners’ international membership network, Civis Mundi, while also contributing to and leading other initiatives across the Group.

- Design, own, and implement comprehensive marketing and social media strategies aligned with Henley & Partners Group and department objectives
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing and social media campaigns
- Oversee and manage hands‑on content strategy and ensure high-quality, platform‑optimized content across all channels
- Manage content calendars and scheduling to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret performance metrics, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing touchpoints; identify growth opportunities through new platforms, tools, and emerging digital trends
- Maintain governance over account access, security, and operational best practices
- Provide guidance, feedback, and informal mentoring to junior team members when required
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or a related field
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in marketing and social media management
- Proven experience managing content strategies and digital campaigns end‑to‑end
- Strong design sensibility and ability to oversee visual content quality
- Advanced proficiency with social media management, analytics, and reporting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder‑facing communication, and high level of language skills to oversee all content creation
- English professional level is mandatory

- Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
