Marketing Business Development Manager

The company serves numerous international brands, managing over 400 events and 300+ marketing and advertising campaigns annually.

Modernist Group is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Marketing Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and following up delivering strategic marketing proposals in collaboration with internal teams. The Manager will be responsible for business growth and brand development, will also oversee marketing campaigns, analyse market trends, leverage digital and traditional marketing strategies, and ensure alignment with company goals.

• Strong experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Account Acquisition
• Experience in the event management and tourism and hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Strategic mindset with problem‑solving abilities and project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, particularly English and Arabic
