The Team

Within the SE HUB the Ecommerce Team, our mission is to drive healthy & sustainable growth for the Ecommerce channel, in full alignment with our global brands’ strategy. The team plays a pivotal role in scaling our Ecommerce business across .COM, marketplaces, and Pure Players, working closely with global, regional, and cross‑functional teams to translate our brands’ vision into high‑impact digital execution.

With a deep focus on consumer experience, performance marketing, platform innovation, and strategic partnerships, the team is instrumental in shaping a seamless, engaging, and brand‑consistent journey for our online consumers, ultimately fueling commercial success.

The Position

The Ecommerce and Customer Experience Intern will focus on product‑page content updates, weekly deployment of refreshed site assets, CRM asset deployment, and site quality checks, while also supporting on ecommerce marketing for Pure Players & Marketplaces in UAE.

Key Responsibilities GCC
  • Manage PDP content deployment, including product detail info, product naming, and all product relevant info for GCC
  • Manage the changes on the website, raise new features ask task to the platform provider
  • Perform quality check for platform provider deployments
  • Manage the website refreshes:
    Create a website refresh per week based on global direction while looking into current SOH while providing the necessary assets + merchandising files
  • Manage and track the CRM plan and assets for GCC
  • Ensure that the websites maintain uniformity with global standards and guidelines, implementing updates and changes as required
Regional Partner  &
  • Share PDP content, including product detail info, product naming, and all product relevant info for  +
  • Ensure that the websites maintain uniformity with global standards and guidelines, implementing updates and changes as required
  • Share website refreshes for Tommy Hilfiger with assets
  • Share the CRM plan and assets for Tommy Hilfiger
  • Share website refreshes for Calvin Klein with assets
  • Share the CRM plan and assets for Calvin Klein
Local Franchise Partner
  • Share PDP content, including product detail info, product naming, and all product relevant info for
  • Ensure that the websites maintain uniformity with global standards and guidelines, implementing updates and changes as required
  • Share website refreshes for Tommy Hilfiger with assets
  • Share the CRM plan and assets for Tommy Hilfiger – once a month
Pureplayer & Marketplace
  • Share PDP content, including product detail info, product naming, and all product relevant info for pureplayers across the HUB for Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein
  • Share brand marketing content for Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

Requirements
  • Office and design tools: intermediate skills in Excel, Power Point and Photoshop (Figma is a bonus)
  • Communication:
    Strong communication skills for clear messaging and teamwork
  • Teamwork:
    Collaborative mindset to work well within a diverse team environment
  • Multitasking:
    Can successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
