Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and operations of brand advertising pricing and competitiveness — drive continuous pricing optimization based on competitive landscape, client segmentation, and product value to strengthen brand advertising market competitiveness.
  • Conduct systematic competitive research on pricing models, and product competitiveness across competing platforms; deliver actionable competitive strategy recommendations to support product and sales decision‑making.
  • Own problem statements end‑to‑end: research, strategy, execution, and scaling. Present business cases and models to senior leadership with clarity and insight.
  • Build and maintain core monitoring frameworks for brand advertising pricing; conduct anomaly diagnosis and data‑driven strategy adjustments; drive standardization and automation of pricing rules, approval processes, and cross‑market price governance. Drive operational excellence once initiatives are live.
  • Develop and lead end‑to‑end GTM strategy for Tik Tok Premium Reach solutions (e.g., Top View, Pulse, Top Feed), including market expansion (new geo launches), product positioning, and narrative development; define clear value propositions tailored to client segments and maturity levels.
  • With the goal of improving advertiser brand ad creative quality and campaign performance, deeply understand AI creative tool capabilities and drive AI creative productization and client adoption in brand advertising scenarios.
  • Build brand advertising creative methodologies and best practices; leverage AI creative capabilities to help advertisers improve asset quality and production efficiency; collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on requirement definition and GTM strategy.
  • Act as a central point of orchestration to drive consistency, speed, and impact across regions:
    Lead cross‑functional alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing Science, and Regional Operations to ensure seamless execution of pricing, product, and GTM strategies across markets; drive sales enablement at scale through training programs, playbooks, and strategic narratives to improve seller effectiveness, consistency, and adoption of Premium Reach solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, product strategy, or business operations with an understanding of digital advertising logic — at internet/technology companies, AI‑related businesses, or brand‑side product/brand management roles.
  • Strong strategic and systematic thinking — ability to break down complex problems, design frameworks, and drive structured execution across multiple work streams; excellent project management skills — able to lead complex multi‑stakeholder projects, operate in ambiguity, and drive clear delivery.
  • Strong commercial instincts, analytical thinking, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Ability to design experiments, read data fast, and make bold, informed decisions.
  • Experience in deal structuring & incentive development at the agency or client side with proven success.
  • Implemented AI workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and scaling outcomes.
  • High oral and written fluency in English is required to communicate directly with METAP Region, reflecting the nature of the markets this position covers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Interest in and basic understanding of AI creative tools and generative AI applications in advertising; experience with AI product operations or creative technology preferred.
  • Experience at competing advertising platforms, in product, operations, or strategy roles.
  • Management consulting background with pricing strategy or GTM project experience.
  • MBA or Master’s degree from a top business school; experience in AI/creative technology, especially creative automation, programmatic creative, or DCO.
  • Track record of building operational SOPs or automation workflows from 0 to 1.
