We’re looking for a passionate and skilled
Baristawithat least 3 years of hands‑on experience, including proficiency in specialty coffee and manual brewing methods (e.g., V60, Chemex, Aeropress, etc.). You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast‑paced environment where quality, consistency, and customer experience are top priorities.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare high-quality espresso‑based and manual brew beverages with consistency and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage knowledgeably about coffee with guests.
- Support teammates and contribute positively to the shop's culture and workflow.
- Be proactive in identifying areas that need attention, even beyond your assigned duties.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a specialty coffee environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins, processing, and brewing techniques.
- Comfortable with dial‑in, calibration, and espresso machine maintenance.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team‑oriented attitude.
- Friendly, humble, and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and go the extra mile when needed.
